Our president, Alana Healy, is a Certified Executive Coach, member of the International Coach Federation, http://www.coachfederation.org, the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, www.calgarycoaches.com, Coachville, www.coachville.com and the Alberta College of Social Workers, www.acsw.ab.ca.

She has been coaching people from across Canada and the US since 2002 and was trained at Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC. She is a Registered Social Worker in the Province of Alberta.

As a recent graduate of the Leadership Calgary Program, Alana is a Pioneer Leader.

She is progressive, intuitive and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table from the Voluntary Sector in Canada

Her extensive experience with Board Development, Board Governance and being an Executive Director for the past 10 years, helps her hear the concerns and barriers people who volunteer as Board Members experience. Her passion and commitment to this area of coaching is second to none. She brings excitement, exuberance and fun into any coaching relationship or group.

Alana is a trained Facilitator for group facilitation, holds a Certificate of Management and Excellence from the Banff Centre of Management and is a Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Alberta. She is also an accomplished Keynote Speaker filled with compassion.

Her personal journey is an inspiration to all who know her. It includes self recovery, personal development and self-determination.
